About Your Services

We text/call each guest with a reminder 48 hours in advance of their appointment to confirm the date and time of the scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to removal.

Late arrival (more than 10 minutes) may require us to cut your appointment short or ask you to reschedule to another date.

We require a card on file for all appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of the appointment cost and appointments that are "no-showed" will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

We do not offer refunds on services provided. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of a service we offer complimentary alterations/changes within 7 days of service completion.
